Using Pros to Close
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service. You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform only for lawful real estate-related purposes, and avoid interfering with the site or another person’s use of it.
Our role
Pros to Close is a matching and connection platform. We are not a real estate brokerage, lender, law firm, title agency, appraisal firm, inspection company, insurer, or employer of the professionals listed on the platform. Unless specifically stated otherwise, providers are independent businesses responsible for their own services, pricing, scheduling, contracts, licenses, insurance, advice, and work product.
Verification badges reflect the records and evidence available when Pros to Close performed its review. Automated checks assist the review but do not guarantee identity, licensing, insurance, service quality, or future standing. Customers should confirm credentials that are material to their transaction.
A verification badge means that Pros to Close reviewed selected information available at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of a provider’s availability, performance, pricing, licensing status at a later date, or suitability for every transaction.
Requests and provider agreements
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, timing, price, or completion. Any engagement is formed directly between the customer and the professional. Before hiring a provider, customers should confirm scope, fees, credentials, insurance, timing, and any written agreement required for the service.
Provider responsibilities
Providers must keep profile, license, service-area, availability, and contact information accurate. Providers may not misrepresent credentials, purchase placement in a misleading way, misuse customer information, or contact customers for purposes unrelated to their request. Pros to Close may review, decline, suspend, edit, or remove profiles when needed to protect users or the integrity of the platform.
Memberships and featured placement
Free membership has no recurring fee. Premium is offered as an automatically renewing annual membership at the price shown during checkout, currently $99 per year. Providers may manage or cancel a paid membership through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; Premium benefits ordinarily remain available through the end of the paid billing period.
Founding 500 is a limited, approval-based launch program for up to 500 professionals. Approved Founding 500 members receive Premium benefits without charge for their first year, permanent Founding 500 profile recognition, and eligibility for a discounted annual rate afterward. The renewal price and terms shown before enrollment or renewal control, and continued benefits may require an account in good standing and current verification information.
Premium, Founding 500, and featured options may affect profile tools or provide a modest visibility benefit among otherwise qualified providers, but payment never replaces verification and does not guarantee leads, requests, revenue, or a particular ranking.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pros to Close disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for a provider’s acts, omissions, work quality, delays, pricing, advice, or disputes between users. Pros to Close will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes, suspension, and governing law
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service and may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
